Adam Watts

About

Adam’s practice is focused on painting exploring materiality and colour.

He studied Fine Art at the London School of Art, Architecture and Design. His work there included sculpture, installation and curation. After art school, Adam participated in a year-long studio residency at the Florence Trust in Islington, North London. He worked alongside a group of other emerging artists developing their practice.

Adam has exhibited in UK galleries including Waterside Contemporary, Studio 1.1 and No Format Gallery and featured in magazines.

In 2020, he launched Artists & Objects showcasing the works of fellow UK-based artists. He discussed the launch of A&O and his own practice with Design Anthology.  You can read the interview here.
