From her shared studio Clay Collective in Hackney, Alice Guillaume creates timeless, durable and functional pieces using her hands and simple tools. With a background in architecture, she experiments with form, function and material. Her collection of tablewares and vases are made with a variety of clays and a limited colour palette: dark blue, white or transparent. The rough texture of the clay contrasts with the glossy glazes, to show and enhance the natural qualities of the materials. All pieces are designed to be used and loved for a lifetime.
