Individually made in Isabel’s South London studio, each wall piece is beautifully unique. The colourful shapes are fabric offcuts leftover from Isabel’s production which are appliquéd to the thick Herdwick wool felt.
This zero-waste process allows fabric remnants to become the starting point for design, rather than the endpoint.
“The ethos of this project is to help people view the potential for fresh design in offcuts. Scraps are not rubbish. People must learn to respect the materials they use, and consider what happens to them once they have been discarded.”
