For most products we offer a full refund or exchange and you have 14 days to let us know you wish to do this. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Faulty products

If a product is faulty, please inform us by email within 7 days of delivery.

Non refundable items

Due to the nature of some of the ‘Made to order’ products we are unable to offer a refund for example handcrafted furniture which takes considerable time to produce for each order.
