Refunds Explained

We hope you love your new purchase but we understand some items might not be the right fit in your home.

For most products we offer a full refund or exchange and you have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know you wish to do this. Please send us an email to let us know you wish to return an order.

The shipping fee of £3.95 is non-refundable and unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

Please return items in the same condition they were delivered in and in the original packaging.

Non refundable items

Furniture is handcrafted for each order so we are unable to accept refunds on orders placed on these products.

Faulty products

If a product is faulty, please inform us by email within 7 days of delivery.
