Studio Brae handcrafts sculptural yet functional objects using clay, incorporating locally sourced, natural, and sustainable materials wherever possible. Each piece is fashioned in small batches into iconic and timeless forms, influenced by architecture and the Scottish landscape.

A limited palette of neutral and earthy tones, paired with stony, matt textures, enhances the natural variations present in the clay. Depth and irregularity are achieved through small percentages of natural oxides in glazes and clay bodies — no two pieces are alike.
