International Customs & Taxes (EU, US & Rest of World): Orders shipped outside the UK are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. Local import VAT, customs duties, and postal carrier handling fees may be collected by your local post office or courier prior to delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
How to Initiate a Return: Email customer support with your order number before sending any items back.
Return Condition: Prints must be unused, in their original condition, and safely repacked in their original protective packaging or tube.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Using a tracked service is strongly recommended, as lost or damaged returns cannot be refunded.
Damaged Items: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so a replacement can be arranged immediately.
Handle your mount with clean, dry hands and store flat until framing. Center your artwork behind the bevelled aperture—which is cut ~5mm smaller than the print size to overlap the edges cleanly—and secure the top edge using acid-free artist's or framer's tape. Place inside any standard frame matching the mount's outer dimensions (e.g., an A3 mount fits an A3 frame), and hang away from direct sunlight or high humidity to keep your print in pristine condition.
