Local import VAT, customs duties, and postal carrier handling fees may be collected by your local post office or courier prior to delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
How to Initiate a Return: Email customer support with your order number before sending any items back.
Return Condition: Prints must be unused, in their original condition, and safely repacked in their original protective packaging or tube.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Using a tracked service is strongly recommended, as lost or damaged returns cannot be refunded.
Damaged Items: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so a replacement can be arranged immediately.
