Collection: KJA Studio

KJA Studio is the ceramics practice of Kirsty Jay Anderson, a graduate of Gray's School of Art in Aberdeen. Over the past decade, Kirsty has moved from textiles into ceramics, developing a body of work inspired by nature and the traces it leaves on the landscape. Her vessels draw on the aesthetics of functional objects from the past — milk churns, chemistry beakers, enamelware — translated into simple, considered forms.
