How much is shipping?
Free shipping for UK orders on spends of £25 and over. It’s £3.95 for UK orders under £25.
£20 for Europe orders.
£35 for rest of the world orders.
Who will deliver my order?
The couriers we use include DHL, ParcelForce, Royal Mail and Evri.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We stock a wide selection of ceramics which are ready to be shipped straight away. Other products like prints will be printed specially for you and will take a little longer.

When will my order arrive?
UK Orders
Prints are delivered by DHL and Royal Mail with prints usually arriving 1 – 3 days after dispatch.
In stock ceramics are shipped within 1 – 3 working days from the date of order. Depending on the size of the order we ship ceramics with ParcelForce and Royal Mail using their tracked service. Delivery is usually 1 – 2 days after dispatch.
You will receive a delivery tracking code once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders
In stock products will be dispatched within 1 – 3 working days. Please allow additional days for the order to be cleared through the recipient country’s customs.
At present, we are unable to ship furniture products outside the UK.
Duty and Tax Charges
For international orders any duty or tax charges will be the responsibility of the customer and will be paid once the order arrives in the recipient’s country. A notification of charges will be sent to the recipient from the country’s associated customs authorities.
