The agreement in these Terms and Conditions is between; the customer (you) and Artists & Objects Ltd (we, us or Artists & Objects).
The terms and conditions set out in this document will apply at any time when you use the Artists & Objects website or our services. Your continued use of the Artists & Objects website or the services we provide to you means you accept the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Artists & Objects respect fully your privacy rights and we recognise the importance of protecting the information we collect about you. Your Personal Information and how it is used
Artists & Objects will only collect personal information from you voluntarily. This can be done in the following ways; registering for an account, subscribing to the newsletter or when you place an order. When you purchase products through the website you will need to provide us with a valid debit or credit card number and expiry date, name, address and email address. We may need to pass on your postal address and contact information to the maker of your purchase so they can arrange delivery of the order. We may pass on your email address to our delivery partners so they can safely deliver products to you. The details we collect from you allow us to process your order and keep you up to date with your order.
The information you provide for registering a customer account with the Artists & Objects website must be true in all respects. Please tell us at the earliest opportunity of changes to your personal information by email. Our email address can be found on the Contact page.
Please be aware it is not permitted for you to impersonate another person or provide false information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Artists & Objects website is protected by copyright, is trade marked, and by database rights and intellectual property rights. IP Rights in the Artists & Objects website shall remain the property of us.
Products
On the Artists & Objects website we have made all efforts to ensure you have accurate descriptions and images for each product in the store. We must point out that some products are made from natural materials and so can have variations like wood grain, marble vein variation or hand dyed fabrics. The majority of our products are handmade so this must be considered when purchasing a product from Artists & Objects.
Prices listed
Th price of a product on the Artists & Objects website is based on the price at the time you make an order. When you place an order you give Artists & Objects the authority to take your debit or credit card details and to take a payment for the price of the product and the related delivery costs which are outlined on the checkout page to you.
Stock and availability of products
Some products will be available to be dispatched straightaway and others will be made specially for each order. The estimated shipping time frames for each product can be found under the shipping section on the product page.
Artists & Objects reserves the right to limit the sale of quantities of any products we offer. The description and price of the products on Artists & Objects store can be subject to change at anytime and this is at the discretion of us.
Contract Terms
The contract between Artists & Objects and you, the customer is legally binding upon the order of a product by you. Once an order has been processed by us we will email the maker of that product, check their lead time and then send you an email confirming the lead time and delivery arrangements for your product.
Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement of a product is between you and Artists & Objects. The agreement is based on the price, description and lead times at the time of purchase.
Refunds Explained
For most products we offer a full refund or exchange and you have 14 days to let us know you wish to do this. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. All returned items must be in the same condition they were delivered in. If you would like to return a product please email us to let us know. Our email address is hello@artistsandobjects.com.
Faulty products
If a product is faulty, please inform us by email within 7 days of delivery.
Non refundable items
Due to the nature of some of the ‘Made to order’ products we are unable to offer a refund for example handcrafted furniture which takes considerable time to produce for each order.

Cancellations
You can cancel or exchange any ‘non made to order’ items prior to dispatch, simply email us.
The terms set out in this Terms and Conditions do not effect your consumer rights as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.
Damage to products
Every product is quality checked before being delivered. If you discover damage or a fault with a product please tell us within 7 days otherwise it will be deemed you have accepted the products.
Our delivery partners and couriers won’t accept responsibility for any damage if reported after this time.
Variations in material in products
The majority of our products are handmade. Materials can have variations like wood, stone, jesmonite where there are slight differences in colour, grain or pattern because they are natural materials.
All of our products are created with high quality materials and are sourced specially by the maker.

Shipping time frames
The shipping time frame for each product can be found on the individual product page under ‘Shipping’ and is a guide to indicate when you will receive your product. Once an order is processed, Artists & Objects will advise the customer on the production time frame after speaking with the maker.
If you have a specific time frame in mind for a product to arrive, please contact us and we will help if we can.
Delivery
Delivery of products in the Artists & Objects store is made by a number of delivery partners. Artists & Objects oversees all delivery arrangements and will communicate this information to you before your product is shipped.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and to hold us harmless, Artists & Objects, our makers, directors, contractors, suppliers, service providers, employees and interns from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from any breach of conditions by you or other liabilities arising from your use of this website, or by use of any other persons accessing this website using your account or your personal account information.
Liability
Artists & Objects is not liable for products that are ordered by you from us that you no longer require. When you place an order with us you are liable to fulfil the purchase of the products.
Artists & Objects, our makers, our directors, contractors, suppliers, service providers, employees, and interns will not be liable for any claims, losses, injury, death and/or incidental damages of any kind. This includes and without any limitation of the following; lost profits, lost savings, lost revenue, replacement costs of any kind, loss of data or any other similar damages.
Artists & Objects is not liable for any negligence resulting from the use of products sold by us.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The terms set out in this document between Artists & Objects and you is governed by English laws and their courts, they will have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that may occur between us.
Entire Agreement
The agreement set out in these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy alongside information on product information, refunds, delivery and shipping and our contact details, constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to the purchase of products and service we provide to you. Nothing shall supersede the agreement between you and us.
