Returns Policy

We accept returns of products within 14 days. Please email us if you wish to do this. Items must be returned in the same condition and unfortunately we cannot cover return shipping costs. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics it’s important items are carefully wrapped.

If the item has been damaged during delivery please photograph the item upon arrival and email us within 24 hours. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were damaged when delivered to you. Items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and replaced if there is available stock. If the item is out stock a new piece can be made or a refund can be offered.

When returning the item, please send a proof of postage with tracking number. Without this, a lost or damaged item cannot be covered by the maker and will be the responsibility of the customer.
